NUDE ships from our warehouse in Milan, Italy. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of purchase on business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

NUDE offers flat rate shipping across all delivery countries. For most EU destinations, shipping is free on orders over €100. For orders below €100, a flat shipping contribution of €10 applies.

For Switzerland and Norway, a higher threshold applies due to additional handling costs: shipping is free on orders over €150, and a flat contribution of €15 applies to orders below that threshold.

No. NUDE ships to Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all import duties and local taxes are calculated and covered at checkout — there are no surprise charges upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price you pay.

NUDE accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. During holiday periods, such as the end of the year, we may extend this window — any temporary extension will be communicated on our website and at checkout.

Returns can be initiated directly through your NUDE account under Order History — simply select the order and follow the steps to request a return. Alternatively, you can contact our customer care team at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.

Under the EU Right of Withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you can submit a cancellation request directly through your NUDE account or notify us at [email protected] within the 14-day window.

Please note that the cost of return shipping under the Right of Withdrawal is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. If you are returning an item under the EU Right of Withdrawal or for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, NUDE will cover all return shipping costs in full.

We aim for the highest quality in all our products. Please keep in mind that handmade products may not be identical and could include small differences, such as slight color variations — this is part of their handcrafted character.

It depends on the collection — dishwasher safety is indicated on each individual product page. For dishwasher-safe products, we recommend the following for best results:

• Use the most suitable glass washing programme for hygiene and appearance
• Wash with water at a hardness between 4°–6° dH
• Use a washing temperature between 50°C and 65°C
• Once the cycle has finished, open the dishwasher immediately to release excess steam

Yes — despite being handmade and ultra-thin, Stem Zero and Ghost Zero are dishwasher safe for up to 2,000 cycles. However, we recommend hand washing where possible, as dishwasher results depend heavily on the correct amount of detergent, the right water hardness, and careful placement of the glassware.

For handmade products — indicated on the product page — we recommend hand washing only. Use a soft sponge, brush, or your hands, and avoid the scourer side of a sponge as it will scratch the glass surface. After washing, allow the product to air dry, then finish by polishing with a soft cloth — preferably microfibre — for a streak-free result. For Stem Zero and Ghost Zero, avoid cleaning with bleach or acidic liquids.

Water spots and cloudiness are most commonly caused by hard water or excess detergent in the dishwasher. To prevent them, ensure your water hardness is within the recommended range of 4°–6° dH and use the correct amount of detergent for your water type. For existing cloudiness, gently polish the glass with a damp microfibre cloth. Avoid acidic cleaning agents on crystal glassware.

Store glassware upright rather than rim-down to protect the most delicate part of the glass. Ensure glasses are fully dry before storing to prevent moisture build-up. For thin-walled pieces such as Stem Zero and Ghost Zero, avoid stacking or storing in tight spaces where contact between glasses could cause chipping.

Gift wrapping is not currently available as a service, but it is something we are working on for the future. In the meantime, all NUDE orders are packed with care and without an invoice inside the box — the invoice is sent separately as a download link in your shipping confirmation email. This means that if you are sending a NUDE gift directly to a friend or family member, they will not see any pricing information with their order.
