Rémy Savage is a Paris-based bartender, mixologist, and creative thinker whose approach to the bar experience is rooted in philosophy as much as craft. His career began in French pubs while financing his philosophy studies — an origin that never left him. At Little Red Door in Paris, he spent five years playfully questioning the drinking experience, where every detail, from lighting to menu design, was conceived with intention. In 2017 he took the helm at the Artesian at The Langham in London — one of the world's most celebrated bars and a former No.1 in the World's 50 Best Bars [confirm years] — rebuilding its reputation through menus conceived as artistic statements. Named "World's Most Imaginative Bartender" in 2014 and "Best European Mixologist" at Bar Convent Berlin in 2018, his collaboration with NUDE reflects his belief that the vessel is inseparable from the experience.
