There are bartenders. And then there is Rémy Savage. French-Irish by nature, minimal by conviction, no fewer than six times has he helped bars reach the ranks of the global top-50.
He was named World's Most Imaginative Bartender in 2014, Best European Mixologist at Bar Convent Berlin in 2018, and Best International Bartender of the Year in 2022.
