Gin Martini

50 ml London Dry Gin

10 ml Dry Vermouth

Garnish with Lemon zest



White Chocolate Alexander

40 ml Cognac

30 ml Creme de Cacao WhiteTopped with Champagne

50 ml Half/Half (equal parts double cream & milk)

Grated Nutmeg to garnish



Pear & Rosemary

25 ml London Dry Gin

35 ml Pear & Rosemary Cordial

Topped with Champagne



Boulevardier

30 ml Bourbon Whisky

30 ml Sweet Vermouth

30 ml Campari

Garnish with Orange zest
