Shipping

Standard delivery is free on all orders within Europe over €100. For orders below €100, a flat delivery fee of €10 applies.

Orders to the UK are shipped with duties and taxes included (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). Free shipping applies on UK orders over GBP 100; otherwise a contribution of GBP 10 applies. Please allow 5–7 days for delivery, as orders may go through customs.

For Norway and Switzerland, we ship duties included (DDP) on all orders. Free delivery applies on orders over €150; otherwise a delivery cost of €15 applies. Please allow 5–7 days for delivery.

Once your order has shipped, delivery takes 2–3 days within Italy and 3–5 days for the rest of Europe.

Returns

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

UK customers: Please note that as we ship on a DDP basis, original import duties paid on your order cannot be recovered on returned items. Return shipping from the UK is at the customer's expense and may involve additional carrier or customs handling fees.

Norway & Switzerland customers: Similarly, duties paid on your order are non-recoverable on returns. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

In case of a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service with your order number and photos of the item — we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
