Shipping

Currently we ship from our warehouse in Italy to most European countries.

The following areas within Europe are excluded from shipping due to logistic complications; Åland Islands, Bouvet Island, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Matla, Mayotte, Réunion, San Marino and Svalbard & Jan Mayen. We also cannot ship at this moment to Tenerife and Las Palmas.

We work with a flat rate shipping costs and these will be indicated at check out.  We have a Free shipping rate policy for orders over € 100,00, under €100 we ask a €10 contribution.

For Switzerland and Norway we have a different policy, for these countries the Free shipping threshold is for orders over € 150,00 and the shipping contribution for orders below the threshold is €15.

At this moment we have a higher Free shipping threshold and higher shipping contribution for our customer for Norway and Switzerland. This is due to additional custom duties activities needed when delivering to these countries. 

Our aim is to ship out your order within 24 hours.

The shipping time depends which country the order will be shipped to, ranging from 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive information on the tracking number so you can track your order progress.

We try to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible. Once you confirm your order, no changes can be made. That said, please email us at customercare@nudeglass.com and we will try to see if a good solution can be found.

You can find your order number in both your order confirmation as in shipping notification emails.

Our Free shipping threshold is on the net value of the order. In case a promotion or discount is applied on the cart, and the total value goes under the threshold due to this discount, the shipping cost will be added to the order.

CUSTOM DUTIES & VAT

Yes, we sell in our European store with sales prices including VAT. You will see the VAT amount indicated in the cart.

Our policy is that we sell NUDE's products with a recommended retail price which includes VAT. We aligned that policy for all the countries we serve.

Customers from UK, Norway or Switzerland will not be confronted with additional costs upon arrival of the order.

Product

All our products are made of lead-free crystal glass. 

The key feature of lead-free crystal glass is that the minerals it contains strengthen the material, making it possible to produce highly durable but incredibly refined and gossamer-thin glassware. Crystalline glass captures the light, delivering sparkling clarity. It also adds resonance to the glass. This brings out the full colours and textures of the best wines, champagnes and liquors.

All our products are made in Turkey.  

The mastery and craftsmanship of handmade glass is a signature of NUDE. NUDE prides itself in its artisanal approach to glassware, specialising in handmade, pure crystalline glass, be the pieces blown, pressed, or press-blown. 

Returns & Refunds

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Our standard return policy is 14 days. Please review our return policy for details.

We aim for the highest quality for our products. Keep in mind that handmade products might not be identical and could include some small differences.  In case of a clear defect, please reach out on customercare@nudeglass.com and include pictures of the defect. 

It might happen that a product gets damaged during transport. In this case also please reach out to customercare@nudeglass.com, keeping your order number at hand, and we will help you out.

Returns are processed within 7 business days after receiving your return package. It may take up to 3 additional business days for refunds to post on your account. When you refund is processed, we will confirm this to you by email.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Giftcard

You can purchase the NUDE gift card in our online store. The NUDE gift card can only be redeemed in the NUDE online store where it is bought. In this case the NUDE gift card bought in the EU store can only be used in the EU store.

When you have received a NUDE gift card, you will be given a unique code. Start your order by adding products to your cart and proceed to checkout. Here you will find a promotional code section, in which you can add the unique code. When you update your cart, you will see that the amount of the gift card is deducted from the product value.

When you have a rest amount on your gift card you can use your card mupliple times. Say you have a gift card of €100 and your first purchase had a total amount of €60, you are left with an amount of €40. This amount you can use upon your next purchase.

Our NUDE gift card has no expiration date and can always be used for purchasing NUDE products.

If there is not a sufficient amount on the gift card, the remaining amount of your order will need to be done through one of our payment methods supported by Shopify payments. The amount of the gift card will be deducted from your total amount to be paid.

You can check the balance of your gift card by using the link which is given to you in the email of the gift card. When you have an account at NUDE, you will be able to see your balance in your account overview.

Unfortunately with NUDE's gift card, it is not possible to use it on a discounted product or in conjunction with a promotion.
