Art design by Kien / Design Memento Mori by Ali Bakova
A perfect piece for the wild at heart – this skull-shaped sculpture is an apt example of the NUDE Rock & Pop collection’s rebellious aesthetic. The dramatic crystalline silhouette is taken from our Memento Mori collection designed by Ali Bakova and hand-painted with a boldly hued wing motif – created by the young, Istanbul-based graffiti artist Ümit Şentürk, aka Kien. Showcase it solo or with other objects from the range for a unique display. Designed with reference to Kien's limited edition skull.

Born in Istanbul in 1986, Kien began writing graffiti and making street art in high school. “When I was introduced to graffiti, there were few people interested in it,” he recalls. “That’s why the whole city belonged to us.” Experience on the streets led him to study Graphic Design at
Marmara University and to become an art director in the ad industry. In 2018, Kien launched his own studio, combining street art, design, and advertising.
